Experienced Videographer – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Videographer to lead video capture for a major client in Abu Dhabi. The role spans studio shoots, documentary‑style interviews, branded films, social‑first videos, and live events, reporting to the Lead Content Creator.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end capture of video content across studio, location and event shoots.
• Operate DSLR, mirrorless and cinema‑grade cameras with expertise in framing, composition and lighting.
• Set up and run lighting and sound equipment to meet brief constraints.
• Translate storyboards, scripts and creative briefs into compelling footage.
• Adapt shooting style to platform specifications for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and web.
• Maintain clean footage libraries, logs and version control for seamless hand‑off to editors.
• Troubleshoot on‑set issues and mentor other videographers and freelancers.
• Leverage AI tools for shot‑list generation, previsualisation and supplemental B‑roll when appropriate.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional video production experience in agency, production house or in‑house brand settings.
• Showreel demonstrating technical precision across long‑form and social‑first formats.
• Strong command of camera, lighting and sound with the judgment to meet brief requirements.
• Proven ability to lead on‑set teams, direct talent and manage freelancers under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in platform behaviours and current visual trends.
• Preferably experience in MENA/GCC markets and exposure to government or semi‑government projects.
