EYFS EAL / ELL Teacher

About the role

Sunmarke School Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic EYFS EAL / ELL Teacher to join its growing early years team. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality English as an Additional Language instruction to young learners, fostering confidence and academic progress.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging EAL/ELL lessons for EYFS pupils using best global early‑years practices.
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Integrate technology and educational apps to enrich learning experiences.
• Contribute to the school’s extra‑curricular programme and wider campus life.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and senior leadership to support whole‑child development.

Required profile

• Minimum B.Ed. or B.A. with PGCE and QTS.
• Additional EAL qualification such as TEFL, TESOL or CELTA.
• Strong academic background, well‑organised and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about inspiring young learners and promoting inclusive education.
