About the role
Aldar Education is seeking an outstanding EYFS Teacher to join its Abu Dhabi school immediately. The role involves delivering the English National Curriculum to early years learners and contributing to a vibrant school community.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) following the English National Curriculum.
- Implement effective strategies to raise standards and close learning gaps.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, ensuring outstanding outcomes for all learners.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to support a cohesive teaching team.
- Demonstrate leadership within the classroom and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
Required profile
- Secure knowledge of teaching the English National Curriculum at EYFS level.
- Proven track record of improving student achievement and addressing learning gaps.
- Leadership experience and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
