Facade Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Facade Designer to join our Dubai team and support the design and detailing of aluminium facades, curtain walls and related architectural metalwork. The role involves translating architectural concepts into construction‑ready drawings and coordinating with engineering and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed façade, shop, fabrication and structural fixing drawings.
• Develop designs for aluminium facades, curtain walls, cladding and skylights.
• Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure compliance.
• Produce material take‑offs, glass schedules and extrusion cutting lists.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Verify that all drawings meet project specifications and quality standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of UAE experience in façade, aluminium or architectural metalworks.
• UAE‑based candidates preferred and immediate availability is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Working knowledge of Rhino or 3D Max (advantage).
• Good understanding of aluminium systems, curtain walls and structural glazing.
