Facilities Management (FM) Manager

About the role

The Facilities Management (FM) Manager will lead end‑to‑end FM operations across ADIB’s portfolio of branches, offices, data centres and ATMs in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures service delivery meets SLAs, complies with UAE regulations and supports the bank’s sustainability and business continuity objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily FM operations (hard and soft services) and monitor CAFM/IFMS systems for service requests, asset management and performance tracking.
• Manage outsourced FM service providers, ensuring contractual compliance, SLA adherence and conducting regular performance reviews, site inspections and audits.
• Lead health, safety and compliance activities, including OSHAD/NCEMA requirements, risk assessments, incident reporting and certification maintenance.
• Maintain accurate asset registers, develop preventive maintenance plans and support CAPEX planning for fit‑outs, refurbishments and upgrades.
• Drive sustainability initiatives such as energy efficiency, waste management and water conservation, and report on environmental KPIs.
• Develop and manage FM operating budgets, monitor cost performance and validate invoices against delivered services.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, facilities or engineering discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in facilities, engineering or technical operations within commercial or corporate environments.

Required skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of building services engineering (MEP).
• Understanding of maintenance processes in commercial facilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Experience with CAFM/IFMS systems for service request and asset management.
