Facilities Management MEP Supervisor

About the role

The FM – MEP Supervisor will lead the operational direction of facilities and engineering services for assigned assets, coordinating a range of outsourced service providers. The role ensures a safe, compliant, and high‑performance environment across commercial and residential properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, gain consensus on, and implement best‑practice building operation plans.
• Collaborate with Property Managers to translate client requirements into actionable plans.
• Oversee work allocation, performance management, and staff development for service teams.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, including permit‑to‑work systems and risk assessments.
• Manage commercial and financial aspects of client contracts, including budgeting and cost control.
• Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and FM industry networks.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in FM, preferably in large commercial or mixed‑use properties.
• Strong knowledge of WHS practices, HSE regulations, and safe working procedures.
• Experience with CAFM systems and water‑treatment management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary service teams and manage outsourced contracts.
