Facilities Management – Multiple Technical & Engineering Positions

About the role

Al Ghurair Facilities Management is seeking qualified, experienced professionals to join its fast‑growing team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The company offers a range of technical and engineering positions across its integrated facility management operations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot building systems such as HVAC, chillers, ELV, BMS, SCADA and CCTV.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil maintenance tasks.
• Manage documentation, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and support logistics.
• Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to deliver reliable facility services.
• Drive company vehicles for material transport and site support when required.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the applied position.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications.
• Strong work ethic, professional attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
