Facilities Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Specialist to oversee the day‑to‑day operation, maintenance, and technical management of our buildings and MEP systems across Al Ain and Dubai. The role ensures that all facilities remain safe, operational, and compliant with HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations and maintenance activities.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire‑life safety systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Plan and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers, monitoring performance and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance, inspection, and technical reports.
• Support emergency maintenance and urgent facility requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance or MEP operations.
• Valid UAE visa and immediate availability.
• Willingness to work onsite in Al Ain or Dubai.
