Facilities Management Technician

About the role

The FM Technician – AC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC and related MEP systems across Al Masaood’s managed properties. The role ensures reliable operation of air‑conditioning equipment while upholding safety, quality and customer‑service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems, following daily, weekly, monthly and annual PPM schedules.
• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair DX units, split units, VRF systems and FAHUs.
• Maintain chilled water systems and air‑cooled chillers.
• Carry out electrical, plumbing and general handyman works.
• Respond promptly to tenant complaints and maintenance requests, including after‑hours emergencies.
• Complete work orders with accurate labour, material and reporting details.
• Maintain asset and equipment records and support inventory planning.

Required profile

• Vocational Certificate, Diploma, Trade Certification or equivalent in HVAC, MEP, Facilities Management or related field.
• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and facilities‑management services.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop technical competencies.
• UAE driving licence preferred but not mandatory.
