Facilities Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Manager – Facilities Management oversees daily operations and maintenance of all company facilities in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures resources are used efficiently, safety standards are met, and high‑quality services are delivered to support organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily facilities operations including maintenance, cleaning, security and related services.
• Lead and develop a team of facilities professionals, providing guidance, training and performance management.
• Develop, monitor and control the facilities budget to achieve cost‑effective resource use.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with external service providers, ensuring compliance and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and promote a safety culture.
• Participate in strategic planning for facility upgrades, asset management and long‑term improvements.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare performance reports and update senior management.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and implement rapid resolution procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 7‑10 years of facilities management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale facilities and diverse teams.
• Experience in contract management, vendor negotiations and regulatory compliance.
