Facilities Manager

About the role

The Facilities Manager will oversee tenancy contracts, maintenance, and third‑party relationships for assigned facilities and outlets in Sharjah. The role ensures that layouts, services and the surrounding environment meet client and tenant expectations while managing refurbishment and cleaning services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and negotiate tenancy contracts and service level agreements, ensuring compliance with terms, standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, finance and HR to process tenancy fees, utility invoices and related financial transactions.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of tenant contacts, contract expiry dates and renewal processes.
• Oversee procurement, installation, repair and warranty of kitchen and electrical equipment in facilities and F&B outlets.
• Work with maintenance engineers to plan and execute renovations, refurbishments and routine maintenance, focusing on cost‑effectiveness, quality and timeliness.
• Act as primary liaison for clients and vendors, translating layout and fitting requirements to engineers and contractors.
• Assist senior management in developing specifications, sourcing quotations and evaluating tenders for new furniture and equipment.
• Review design sketches, shop drawings and bills of quantities, identifying variations from original specifications.

Required profile

• Experience in facilities or property management, preferably within a corporate or hospitality environment.
• Strong negotiation and contract administration skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams including finance, HR and maintenance.
• Attention to detail in managing databases and documentation.
