Facilities Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to establish and lead a new facility management company in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving business development, managing finances, and building strong client and stakeholder relationships to achieve sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage day‑to‑day facility management operations.
• Develop and implement business strategies and operational policies.
• Lead business development initiatives and secure new contracts.
• Oversee budgets, profitability, and overall financial performance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise operational and administrative teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor service delivery and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for ownership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in facility management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE facility management regulations and industry practices.
• Proven track record in business development and team management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
