About the role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist to join a reputable healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, manage acute and chronic conditions, and promote preventive health and wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality family medicine and primary healthcare services.
• Conduct consultations, examinations, diagnoses, and follow‑up care.
• Manage acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Offer preventive health screening, lifestyle counselling, and health education.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialists when necessary.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date medical records.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, healthcare policies, and patient safety requirements.
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine.
• Relevant experience as a Family Medicine Specialist.
• Valid medical registration/license in the country of practice.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
