About the role

The F&B Artist supports the smooth operation of Westin’s food and beverage areas in Dubai Marina. Working across kitchen, employee dining and other hotel outlets, the role ensures cleanliness, proper handling of dishware and reliable operation of cleaning equipment. This is a full‑time, on‑site position focused on delivering high standards of hygiene and service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishware, and dining ware according to hotel standards.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations and other cleaning tools.
• Transport dishware and supplies between hotel departments efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues, accidents or unsafe conditions to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to all company safety, security and hygiene policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting up to 25 lb.
• Clear, professional communication with guests and team members.
• Willingness to follow safety training and certifications.
• No specific educational or prior experience requirements.

Required skills

• Operate dishwashing machines and hand‑wash stations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot basic cleaning equipment.
