F&B Intern – All Day Dining Kitchen Six

About the role

The All Day Dining Kitchen Six F&B Internship offers a full‑time, hands‑on experience within JW Marriott Dubai. You will work alongside seasoned hospitality professionals, gaining insight into food‑and‑beverage operations, service standards, and kitchen management in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the kitchen and service teams in daily food preparation and presentation.
• Support inventory control, stock rotation, and basic ordering processes.
• Observe and learn standard operating procedures for hygiene, safety, and quality.
• Participate in guest service interactions to understand the full hospitality experience.
• Contribute to team briefings, shift handovers, and post‑service debriefs.

Required profile

• Current university or college student pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in hotel food‑and‑beverage operations and guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
