F&B Service Expert – Arabic Specialty Restaurant

About the role

The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences for guests at an Arabic specialty restaurant. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service and uphold Marriott’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Communicate orders and special requests to the kitchen accurately.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining spaces, and service equipment.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards at all times.
• Handle menu items, verify information visually, and assist guests with menu selections.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
