About the role
Join the Guest Service team at W Hotels in Abu Dhabi and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As an F&B Service Expert (Artisan) you will support the garage‑service area, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, handling supplies and equipment safely.
- Read and verify menu information, assisting guests with selections and special requests.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) while navigating varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
