About the role
Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences beyond simply serving food. They take initiative to ensure every guest enjoys their meal in a unique and enjoyable environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, clean work areas and supplies, and maintain a tidy service environment.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Read and visually verify menu information to assist guests accurately.
- Move, lift, carry, and place objects up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance) while navigating varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
