F&B Service Expert – Hostess

About the role

The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated F&B Service Expert to join its restaurant team as a Hostess. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and luxurious dining experience in line with the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Seat guests promptly at pre‑set tables according to party size and guest preferences.
• Set up the host/hostess stand, review the reservation book, and make recommendations for room set‑up.
• Maintain a station chart and monitor cover counts to balance server workloads.
• Answer telephone calls, take reservations, and provide information about the restaurant and hotel services.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries or issues, and recognize regular guests by name.
• Inspect daily menus for quality, condition, and appearance.

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant front‑of‑house operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow St. Regis service standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
