F&B Service Expert – In-Room Dining

About the role

The F&B Service Expert for In‑Room Dining delivers memorable food and beverage experiences to guests at The Ritz‑Carlton Dubai. You will ensure every interaction, from table setting to service delivery, reflects the brand’s high standards and creates a lasting impression.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange in‑room dining tables according to brand guidelines.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timely delivery.
• Serve guests courteously, respond to special requests, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and supplies.
• Handle menu items, verify orders, and manage inventory of dining accessories.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), standing, walking, and navigating uneven surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical duties safely.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and adherence to company policies.
