F&B Service Expert

About the role

The Guest Service Expert at Sheraton Dubai delivers memorable dining experiences by providing attentive, friendly service to guests. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure every meal runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, arrange settings, and maintain a clean dining environment.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen staff.
• Greet, serve, and interact with guests, addressing their needs promptly.
• Handle guest payments and ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Maintain safety standards, follow company policies, and uphold uniform and appearance guidelines.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and up to 50 lb with assistance, and move around the service area safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
