About the role
The Guest Service Expert plays a vital part in creating memorable dining experiences for hotel guests. Working on the restaurant floor, you will ensure smooth service, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and support the kitchen team.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages, attend to guest requests, and handle payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow health‑safety procedures.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance, and navigate uneven surfaces safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks.
