About the role

Join Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah as an F&B Service Expert in the M Club, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring every meal feels exceptional.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables according to service standards.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and manage menu information.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle billing transactions.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including supplies and equipment.
• Follow health, safety, and company policies to create a safe workplace.
• Uphold uniform and personal appearance standards at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Flexibility to reach overhead, bend, twist, and stoop as needed.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality guest service consistently.
