F&B Service Expert – Positano

About the role

Join JW Marriott in Dubai as a Guest Service Expert, delivering memorable food‑and‑beverage experiences for our guests. You will work on the restaurant floor, ensuring every interaction—from setting tables to serving meals—contributes to a unique and enjoyable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow health‑and‑safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions and POS operations in line with company policies.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
