About the role
As a Guest Service Expert at the pool and beach area, you will create memorable dining experiences by serving food and beverages with a focus on exceptional guest service. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen and deliver food and drinks promptly.
- Interact with guests, respond to requests, and provide personalized service.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies throughout the shift.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking on uneven surfaces, and lifting items up to 25 lb (or 50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
