F&B Service Expert (Waiter/Waitress)

About the role

Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service from the moment guests are seated until they leave. In this role you will set tables, communicate with the kitchen, serve food and drinks, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper settings for each guest.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and bar staff.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve meals, and respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, work stations, and service supplies.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and uphold uniform and appearance guidelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
