F&B Support Expert – Host/Hostess (Arabic Restaurant)

About the role

The Guest Service Support Expert will help create memorable dining experiences at our Arabic restaurant. Working on the floor, you will assist the food and beverage team by setting tables, supporting the kitchen, and maintaining a clean, well‑stocked environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, chairs, and linens according to service standards.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
• Clean work areas, remove used dishes, and keep the dining floor tidy.
• Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Read and verify menu information, and communicate accurately with guests.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; previous exposure to food‑and‑beverage environments is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication.

Required skills

• Physical stamina to perform repetitive movements and lift moderate weights.
• Basic reading of menus and service documentation.
