F&B Support Expert Runner – Latin American Restaurant

About the role

The Guest Service Support Expert (Runner) will ensure smooth food‑and‑beverage operations for a Latin American restaurant within The Ritz‑Carlton, Dubai. You will work closely with the kitchen and floor teams to deliver a memorable dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, replenish linens and tableware.
• Assist kitchen staff with ingredient delivery, dish plating, and station organization.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including floors, counters, and service stations.
• Restock supplies, beverages, and service items throughout the shift.
• Transport trays, plates, and supplies, lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects as described.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong communication skills.
