Female Consultant Gastroenterologist – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Female Consultant Gastroenterologist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat a wide range of gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic, and digestive disorders while providing exceptional patient‑centered care in accordance with international medical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, pancreas and gallbladder.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including gastroscopy and colonoscopy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as surgeons, radiologists, dietitians and internal medicine specialists.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, preventive care and lifestyle modifications.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized by the DHA.
• Board Certification or Fellowship in Gastroenterology.
• DHA license or DHA eligibility letter as a Consultant Gastroenterologist.
• Minimum 5–7 years of post‑specialisation experience in a reputable hospital or healthcare facility.

Required skills

• Diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy (gastroscopy, colonoscopy).
• Management of IBS, IBD and GERD.
• Management of liver diseases and hepatology cases.
• Expertise in multidisciplinary collaboration.
