Female Security Officer

About the role

The Arts Club Dubai is seeking a dedicated Female Security Officer to join its hospitality team. Reporting to the Security Manager, you will help protect members, guests, staff and the property while delivering a courteous, high‑service experience in a luxury private‑members environment.

Key responsibilities

• Control all entry and exit points, ensuring only authorised persons gain access to restricted areas.
• Verify identification and credentials of visitors and staff.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, disturbances and security incidents such as theft or trespassing.
• Provide first‑aid assistance during medical emergencies until professional help arrives.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports and submit them to management or law‑enforcement when required.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify safety hazards and ensure compliance with club policies and legal requirements.
• Assist members and their guests with directions, information and courteous service.
• Deterrence through visible presence and coordination with local authorities as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum two years (24 months) of experience in security or surveillance, preferably in hospitality or similar high‑profile environments.
• Female candidate, able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication skills, professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Required skills

• First Aid and CPR certification.
• SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) licence or equivalent security certification.
