Field Marketing Manager

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join its hybrid team in Dubai. You will shape regional marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth and enhance EPAM’s presence across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all marketing activities in the Middle East, aligning regional priorities with global programmes.
• Build strong relationships with sales teams to ensure effective lead follow‑up and pipeline acceleration.
• Plan and execute regional events, including trade shows, conferences, executive dinners and bespoke experiences.
• Develop and manage multi‑channel campaigns targeting specific accounts and sectors.
• Lead regional ABM strategies based on data insights and engagement metrics.
• Partner with sales on high‑priority deals, providing marketing support to accelerate funnel progress.
• Create targeted assets such as microsites, personalised content and deal‑specific collateral.
• Monitor lead management processes and report on campaign performance and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• 5+ years of field or regional marketing experience in a B2B enterprise technology environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, matrixed organisation and meet tight deadlines.
