Field Marketing Manager (MEA)

About the role

The Field Marketing Manager will lead ACI Worldwide’s marketing initiatives across the Middle East and Africa, turning global campaigns into locally‑relevant programs that drive pipeline and brand awareness for the payments‑technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the MEA field‑marketing plan, adapting global strategies to the regional market.
• Design and run account‑based marketing programmes targeting Tier 1 banks, central banks, fintechs and large merchants.
• Manage the regional events calendar, including conferences, executive roundtables and client forums.
• Collaborate with the digital team to localise paid‑media, email and web campaigns, producing Arabic‑language assets when needed.
• Coordinate post‑event lead follow‑up with inside sales and Sales Development Representatives.
• Co‑create joint marketing initiatives with regional partners and ensure alignment with ACI’s go‑to‑market strategy.
• Secure speaking opportunities and awards to reinforce ACI’s thought‑leadership in real‑time payments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B field marketing, preferably within the payments, fintech or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of the Middle East and Africa market dynamics.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with sales, digital, partner and inside‑sales teams.
• Ability to manage multiple programmes and events simultaneously.
