Field Marketing Specialist, EMEA

About the role

Join Pink Neon Advertising as a Field Marketing Specialist for the EMEA region, based in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with the Field Marketing Manager to drive integrated marketing programs that generate leads and support sales across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day marketing tactics across all channels under the guidance of the Field Marketing Manager.
• Track, drive and report on marketing leads throughout the sales process.
• Monitor and analyze program effectiveness and performance.
• Coordinate activities with Sales, Product Management, Segment/Solution Marketing, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation and Communications.
• Plan and manage events, trade shows, webinars and speaker materials.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Hub leadership on demand generation, lead flow and customer experience.
• Develop quarterly and annual integrated Marketing & Communications plans for the Hub.
• Provide regional intelligence to shape global marketing investments.
• Expand contact databases through third‑party searches and trade media partnerships.
• Create compelling campaign content and digital assets, including co‑branded emails and sponsorships.
• Organise merchandise and manage invoice administration and internal sponsorship registers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications.
• More than 6 years of professional experience in B2B marketing.
• Background in utilities, energy, electrical manufacturing or transport industries.
• Proven experience in event management and marketing campaign development.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior decision‑makers.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.

• Advanced experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
• Marketing automation expertise, specifically Eloqua.
• Inbound and outbound marketing tactics.
• Lead generation and content marketing.
