Field Operations Technician

About the role

Moove is expanding its global mobility fleet and needs hands‑on technicians to keep vehicles on the road. As a Field Operations Technician you will be the direct link between the remote operations centre and the vehicles, ensuring swift physical intervention whenever a vehicle breaks down, is involved in an incident, or requires repositioning.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to live vehicle incidents, breakdowns and on‑site emergencies across public and private roads.
• Assess each situation on arrival, take appropriate corrective action and keep the remote operations team informed.
• Safely operate and drive Moove vehicles for deployment, repositioning and recovery tasks.
• Ensure every intervention meets quality standards before returning the vehicle to service or handing it over to the depot team.
• Reposition vehicles across operational zones as directed to maintain fleet availability.
• Support vehicle recovery when a vehicle cannot return to the depot under its own power.
• Work rotating shifts within a 24/7 operation, coordinating closely with remote and depot teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of relevant field or logistics experience.
• Valid UAE driving licence and solid understanding of UAE road regulations.
• Ability to work flexible, rotating shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
