Field Sales Executive

About the role

Helix, an integrated healthcare platform, is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive new business across Dubai’s clinic network. This hunter‑type position requires you to generate opportunities, engage decision‑makers, and close contracts for a SaaS‑based solution that streamlines clinical and operational workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build a pipeline of new clinic and healthcare organization prospects across Dubai.
• Conduct daily cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and on‑site visits to owners, doctors, medical directors, and managers.
• Arrange and deliver face‑to‑face product demonstrations and tailor presentations to each clinic’s operational challenges.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through qualification, demonstration, negotiation, and signed agreement.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, opportunities, and follow‑up steps in the CRM.
• Achieve targets for field activity, qualified meetings, pipeline value, signed contracts, and revenue.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and client feedback to the internal team.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
• Minimum 3 years of field sales or business development experience, with at least 1 year in the UAE market.
• Proven track record of generating leads through cold prospecting and closing B2B deals.
• Valid UAE driving licence and reliable personal vehicle for daily clinic visits.
• Based in Dubai or able to work on‑site across the emirate every working day.
