Field Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to join our Dubai‑based trading and distribution company. The role focuses on developing marketing strategies, driving sales growth and expanding our client base across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to meet company objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking and lead generation.
• Build, manage and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct market analysis to spot industry trends, competitor activities and growth areas.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless, high‑quality service delivery.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs and conferences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, sales or business development, preferably in trading or distribution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and marketing techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster client relationships.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is desirable.
• Fluent English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
