Field Sales Executive

About the role

Nevertiti Star Trading, a dynamic Dubai‑based trading and distribution company, is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive business growth across the UAE. The role involves actively prospecting new clients, building lasting relationships and achieving sales targets while representing the company’s commitment to quality and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Present, promote and sell a diverse range of products, highlighting features and benefits.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience from sale to delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar B2B sales role, preferably in trading or distribution within the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and proactive.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
