Field Sales Representative – Cars

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Field Sales Representative to join our Cars segment and drive revenue through direct buyer and seller engagements. You will act as the liaison between our platform and customers, delivering a seamless car‑buying experience across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with car sellers and buyers.
• Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain inspection reports.
• Collaborate with finance, insurance, and transfer teams to ensure smooth vehicle handovers.
• Identify customer needs, provide tailored recommendations, and follow up to improve closing ratios.
• Update CRM with accurate viewing notes, inspection details, and client communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of field sales or account management experience in the UAE, preferably in the motors industry.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong closing ability, customer‑service mindset, and a proactive work ethic.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
