Field Sales Representative – Dubai

About the role

Join Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, as a Field Sales Representative in Dubai. You will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory, building lasting relationships with customers, and ensuring optimal product visibility on shelves.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales volumes by category and meet core distribution targets for new SKUs.
• Develop strong customer relationships and negotiate contracts covering visibility, shelf space, promotions, and implementations.
• Conduct daily field visits to ensure product availability and proper shelf presentation.
• Report market intelligence, including sales analysis, competitor activities, launches, and shopper profiles.
• Implement promotional plans effectively in stores and monitor on‑shelf availability.
• Manage product handling, stock rotation, and expiry issues in line with company policy.
• Handle collection and financial reconciliation according to Nestlé payment terms.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and required reports.
• Coordinate with merchandisers, follow up on journey plans, and resolve any issues.
• Provide feedback on stock handling and shelf placement while complying with Nestlé and WHO marketing codes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales within FMCG or consumer goods.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage a territory.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical mindset for market intelligence and sales reporting.
• High attention to compliance, product handling, and stock management.
• Self‑motivated and capable of coordinating with merchandisers and other stakeholders.
