Field Sales Representative (Emirati Talent)

About the role

Join Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, as a Field Sales Representative focused on the Emirati market. You will drive sales growth for assigned product categories, build lasting relationships with retailers, and ensure optimal product visibility on shelves.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales volume targets by category.
• Secure core distribution for new SKUs and meet visibility goals outlined in the Business Development Agreement.
• Negotiate contracts covering shelf space, promotions, and implementation plans.
• Conduct daily field visits to monitor product availability and compliance.
• Report market intelligence, including sales analysis, competitor activity, and shopper insights.
• Oversee promotional execution, stock handling, and shelf conditions.
• Manage collection and financial reconciliation according to Nestlé payment terms.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.

• Understanding of local market dynamics and retail regulations.
• Commitment to Nestlé’s ethical standards, including compliance with the WHO Code on breast‑milk substitutes.
