Field Supervisor – Market Research (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Field Supervisor to lead the execution of market research projects in Abu Dhabi. The role requires overseeing both qualitative and quantitative fieldwork, managing interviewers and mystery shoppers, and ensuring high‑quality data delivery on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the existing pool of interviewers and mystery shoppers, monitor their availability, performance and deployment, and recruit new staff as needed to meet project targets.
• Conduct pilot interviews, analyse results and communicate adjustments to the Project or Operations Manager.
• Provide comprehensive training to field teams on project objectives, methodology, questionnaire and fieldwork requirements.
• Review project documents to ensure they are current, accurate and aligned with approved scripts.
• Monitor fieldwork activities, identify operational issues and report them promptly to the Field or Operations Manager.
• Assess interviewer and shopper performance, conduct regular field checks and give feedback to maintain quality standards.
• Assist with quality‑control and validation processes, reviewing completed interviews/visits for deviations.
• Deliver regular progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) with strong command of English.
• Experience supervising field teams in market research or similar data‑collection projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work within budget constraints.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using field‑work management tools and data‑collection software.
