Finance and Business Support Manager – Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park

About the role

The Finance and Business Support Manager will safeguard the financial health of the Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park while driving profitability and operational efficiency. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, you will lead a team of accounting professionals and act as the primary liaison with owners, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of clerical accounting staff across accounts payable, purchasing, and payroll.
• Set and enforce high‑standard accounting practices and ensure compliance with legal and ethical financial controls.
• Analyse financial data, market trends and budgeting information to maximise returns.
• Improve guest experience through enhanced payment options, inventory controls and dispute resolution.
• Oversee functions such as lease negotiations, payroll processing, asset management, business projections, displacement analysis and government reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 4‑8 years of hotel accounting or auditing experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role such as Assistant Controller.
• Professional accounting or finance designation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel‑specific accounting duties and regulatory requirements.
