Finance Applications Lead - UAE e-Invoicing

About the role

Emirates Group is seeking a Finance Applications Lead to drive financial systems enhancements and support for e‑invoicing across the organisation. Based in Dubai, you will ensure best‑in‑class financial applications are delivered, maintained and aligned with global finance strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver the FA&MM program backlog, overseeing the full product‑management lifecycle for assigned financial applications.
• Collaborate with Technical Product Owners, Scrum Masters and IT teams to align road‑maps, plan Program Increments and coordinate feature releases.
• Act as the finance end‑user representative, ensuring solutions meet business process changes and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expertise on strategic and operational projects, integrating finance and non‑finance systems as needed.
• Support data‑flow optimisation across multiple systems, working with internal stakeholders, vendors and banks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance application management or product ownership within a large, multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, master‑data governance and control frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills to represent finance stakeholders and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
