Finance Associate – UAE National

About the role

Equiti Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Associate who is a UAE national to join its Dubai office. The role supports the finance team with day‑to‑day accounting tasks and contributes to month‑end and year‑end closing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices and payments.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Process expense reports and vendor payments.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Assist with audits and compliance requirements.
• Provide general support to the finance team as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience in management and financial reporting, comfortable with P&L and balance sheets.
• Audit background is desirable (not necessarily Big 4).
• Experience in financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Professional standards, inquisitive nature and ambition.
• Desire to challenge data integrity.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP.
