Finance & Audit Manager

About the role

Oxo Corporates L.L.C is looking for a proactive Finance & Audit Manager to lead audit, tax and CFO advisory services for its expanding client portfolio in Dubai. The role offers the chance to own engagements, work directly with clients and deliver end‑to‑end finance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute internal and external statutory audits.
• Manage corporate tax registration, calculations, filing and advisory.
• Handle UAE VAT registration, returns, compliance and client queries.
• Provide CFO and fractional finance support, including financial reporting, cash‑flow management, financial controls and management accounts.
• Oversee accounting and bookkeeping quality for assigned clients.
• Prepare proposals, manage client relationships and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Support business development activities and improve internal processes.

Required profile

• ACCA, CA or CPA qualification.
• Strong hands‑on experience in audit, UAE VAT and corporate tax.
• Ability to manage client‑facing engagements independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a solutions‑focused approach.
• Experience in a UAE professional services or accounting firm is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks or Tally.
