Finance Business Partner – Automotive

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will provide analytical and commercial support to the management team of Al-Futtaim Automotive. You will drive budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities that underpin the company’s profitability and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring timelines are met.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly management reports and board presentations.
• Support divisional performance reviews and conduct variance analysis.
• Coordinate with the finance team on general ledger reviews and resolve accounting issues.
• Manage incentive processing and communicate financial metrics to management.
• Advise the Finance Head on working capital planning and validate assumptions.
• Prepare monthly cash‑flow statements and forecasts.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive system enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of relevant finance experience (72 months indicated).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
