Finance Business Partner – Financial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join Al-Futtaim Automotive’s finance team in Dubai. The role combines financial analysis, budgeting and commercial support to drive profitability and strategic decision-making across the automotive division.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring timely delivery.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly management reports and board presentations.
• Support divisional performance reviews, conduct variance analysis and provide early-warning insights.
• Coordinate general ledger reviews, manage accounting issues and process incentives.
• Advise the Finance Head on working-capital planning and validate assumptions.
• Prepare cash-flow statements and forecasts, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Provide analytical support for pricing evaluations and commercial financial assessments.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a large, diversified organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced accounting and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
