Finance Business Partner – UAE

About the role

Keeta is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support its rapid expansion across the United Arab Emirates. The role will work closely with the business team to manage the full financial process, provide expert advice and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the business team throughout the entire financial process, design and optimise financial procedures and rules.
• Support financial set‑up for new country or city launches, manage related risks and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with accounting, tax, reporting, treasury and internal control teams to guarantee compliance.
• Evaluate investment proposals and expected returns for new business initiatives.
• Own the annual financial budget, rolling forecasts and drive effective budget management.
• Develop and maintain a robust financial analysis system, conduct deep business performance analysis and highlight opportunities and risks.
• Contribute to financial digitalisation projects by providing analysis and monitoring requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, corporate finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance business partner or similar role, with solid knowledge of UAE financial regulations.
• Strong curiosity, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of coordinating across multiple departments.
• Fluent English for daily work and willingness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates.
