Finance Consultant – Emiratization & UAE Talent Development

About the role

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Finance Consultant to support Emiratization and UAE talent development initiatives. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and is open to Emirati nationals only. You will work within the Strategy & Consulting practice to design and implement finance solutions that enable clients to transform their operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate sessions on application and process design.
• Apply financial concepts to translate functional requirements into technical solution designs.
• Design and develop components using Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools such as SAP or Oracle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application or functional process challenges promptly.
• Map complex business processes into logical design components for future‑state solutions.
• Lead individual work streams and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Emirati national as required by local regulations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to understand financial and functional requirements.
• Experience in finance consulting or related advisory roles.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
