Finance Data & Analytics Lead

About the role

The Finance Data & Analytics Lead will shape the bank's financial data strategy, driving digital transformation and advanced analytics across the finance function. You will lead the integration of financial systems with modern analytics solutions, promote data literacy, and ensure data governance aligns with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, roadmap, and ROI for finance data and technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize digital innovation opportunities.
• Drive AI deployment in finance to improve decision‑making and operational efficiency.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, monitor data quality, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate integration of financial systems with cloud‑based analytics platforms.
• Lead change‑management initiatives to foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
• Promote self‑service analytics tools and champion data literacy across the finance department.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience (120 months) in finance data, analytics, or related fields.
• Proven leadership ability with a strong technical background.
• Deep understanding of financial systems, data architecture, and advanced analytics.
